Requirements:

• Male/female, age maximum 35 years old
• University background minimum D3 from any major with last GPA 2.50
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have a good communication skill
• Good command in English is a must
• Familiar with computer (minimum Ms. Office: Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Good interpersonal skill and persuasive
• Capable in handling complaint with empathy and willing to seek for information to solve problem at work
• Hard worker and could work under pressure
• Willing to work in flexible time (shifting)

Job description:

• Giving best services to the customer by phone
• Giving solutions to the customer
• Giving information about product to the customer
