HUMAN RESOURCES PLANT SUPERVISOR (HRPS)

Responsibilities:

•     Manage the implementation of recruitment, organization development and compensation benefits programs in Malang plant with supervision from HR Lead
•     Do Human Resources Business Partnering role and become the strategic partner of Supply, Research and other functions in Malang plant.
•     Review the Human Resources Policy and Procedures that applicable for Malang plant with supervision from HR Lead
•     Identify and assess any potential industrial relations problem that may arise and provide problem solving solutions to be discussed with respective functions and HR Lead
•     Manage the implementation of “Respect for People” program.
•     Manage the implementation of Talent Management and succession planning program in Malang Plant

General Requirements:

•     Bachelor degree in any disciplines from reputable University with min. GPA of 2.75, Psychology background is preferable
•     Minimum working experience of 5-7 years in Human Resources area, with minimum 1-2 years as HR
•     Plant Supervisor in reputable multinational manufacturing company
•     Strong interpersonal skills
•     Strong communication skills
•     A good team player
