- Male / Female – age max. 35 Years Old
- At least a graduate Degree in Business / Automotive / Logistics related studies from leading universities;
- At least 5-7 years experience in a B2B sales/business development environment, or in a consulting environment (leading business consulting or research firms), or involvement in a corporate planning function.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the Transportation & Logistics sector.
- An excellent communicator with strong consultative selling skills; articulate, persuasive, and possesses exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven hunting abilities for new accounts and outstanding track record in account management
- Have strong people and networking skills, and able to work with clients independently
- Strong ability to conceptualize and write proposals based on client requirements would be an advantage
- Motivated self starter & able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Broad understanding /desire to learn of the current market/ technology trends
