FACTORY MANAGER
Responsibilities :FACTORY MANAGER
- Plan, project managed and operate factory
- Provide leadership and direction for the day-to-day operations in the factory
- Drive and motivate continuous improvement, technical and formulation improvements with regular audit and process performance review
- Managing daily operations efficiently to ensure all product delivery schedules are fulfilled according to requirements
- Responsible for coordination of logistics and equipment maintenance program
- Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and meet according to orders and deliveries
- Efficient utilization of delivery resources, storage space and manpower
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, warehousing and optimize the inventory
- Male age max. 35 years old
- Hold min. Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or related discipline Engineering
- Min. 3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in stationary manufacturing related industries
- Problem-solving capability, good interpersonal skill and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of Quality and Safety systems
- Placement: Ciawi and Medan
