Maintenance Engineer
Jawa Timur - Mojokerto

Responsibilities:

•     Maintain the equipment technical availibility on all production areas, by delivering World Class Preventive Maintenance, Root Cause Failure Analysis and implementing effective counter measures.
•     Manage problem solving with structural approach using TPM methodology and Improvement Tools, e.g Breakdown Reduction, Short Stop Reduction, Breakdown Analysis Sheet and Familiar with Kaizen approach.
•     Make recommendations on major overhauls and replacement of equipment and identify, recommend, and develop energy conservation projects.
•     Supervise contractors to execute job properly.
•     Control & monitor the Operational Performance Indicator on Production area.
•     Develop preventive & routine maintenance program in managing and maintaining all mechanical equipment.
•     Manage the implementation and discipline in inspection execution and follow up in order to minimize the level of breakdown.
•     Oversee installation to ensure machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specification

Requirements:

•     University graduates with Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
•     Min. 3 years of solid experiences in maintenance area.
•     Strong leadership skill, leading by example and managing by expertise.
•     Familiar with continual improvement method, ISO 9001 & 14001, HACCP, SAP
•     Excellent skill in Ms. Office windows.
•     Ability to communicate in English, spoken & written fluently.
•     Demonstrated skill in Environment Health & Safety.
•     Excellent in managerial & behavioral skill: decision making, coaching, creating successful team, innovating.
