Area Operations Manager (AOM)
qualifications:

•      Male / female, max. 38 years, Education min. S-1 with a GPA Min.3.00 all departments of leading universities
•      Work experience min. 5 years in the Operation, preferably from Finance company background.
•      Responsible for the operational branch of the Compliance, Monitoring and improving back office productivity in the branch.
•      Responsible to monitor and improve service value, service level and service compliance
•      Responsible to monitor customer complaints and ensure repairs done on the branch corresponding
•      Have good communication skills and can work in teams, can demonstrate leadership ability and persuasive. Having a logical conceptual thinking, analytical, and strategic.
•      Having knowledge of operational and business systems that run at branch and have a firm understanding of the rules and procedures.
