We are currently working with a respected Financial Services Company that is seeking a quality candidate to fill a Bank Branch Manager Position in Surabaya, East Java. Given the position will involve selling a range of investment products, the winning candidate must have a proven track record in sales, and strong management skills. The position reports directly to the General Manager of Sales and Marketing.
Other key responsibilities include:- Consolidating and expanding on existing business as well as attracting and retaining new clients
- Maximising the performance of branch operations
- Boosting profitability
- Ensuring compliance with all prevailing Indonesian laws and regulations as well as strict company requirements
- Maximising efforts to build, train and mentor staff across all facets of the day-to-day running of the branch
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Five years’ experience in banking, with at least three years as Branch Manger with a good record
- Hold a valid investment license such as WMI or WAPERD
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of investment products, with experience selling those products
- Target oriented with ability to achieve targeted expectations
- A confident candidate with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn and career and process oriented
- Ability to manage information in a structured and systematic manner
- Preferably already based in Surabaya with knowledge of East Java market
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
