Responsibilities:General Manager Marketing & Sales Surabaya (GMMSS)
- Responsible to develop and implement sales and marketing plans for apartment.
- Assist in Formulation of company policies and procedures as they effect sales, service, pricing and sales promotion
- Assist in preparing long term strategic plan/ roadmap and continuing to monitor, control, analyze planned strategy, actual result and making improvements.
- Provide strategic planning and direction to achieve the company’s sales and marketing objectives
- Preferably with a maximum age of 45 years old.
- Minimal S1/S2 in Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 year(s) experience in Sales Marketing and Business Development.
- Experiences in marketing of apartment.
- Extensive network and potential buyers database.
- Has a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Possess strong and proven knowledge of the property industry
- Computer literate & proficient in English written and oral.
- Excellent organizational, training and networking skills.
- Domicile in Surabaya
