CAFE SUPERVISOR-SURABAYA
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Degree, preferable from Hospitality / Tourism.
- Working experience in F&B Business min 2 years as a Supervisor
- Good Appearance, min height 160 cm with proportional weight.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Indonesian and English Language.
- Staff Supervision and resource management skill.
- Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management.
- Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
- Have excellent communication and strategic planning.
- Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Be a self-motivator and motivator of others
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
- Willing to be placed in any of Haagen Dazs outlet in Surabaya
