OHS Superintendent
Responsibilities:

•     Plan, develop, and control the HSE System
•     Manage and review the implementation of K3 policy and procedure
•     Identify potentially dangerous hazards in the business process
•     Regularly conduct safety training program

Requirements:

•     Hold Bachelor degree (S1) Public Health, Biology, Chemical, Environment Engineer
•     Not more than 40 years old
•     At least 5 years of working experience in OHS field and 3 years on managerial level
•     Highly self-motivated and able to influence / motivate
•     Good in English, both oral and written
•     Communication skills with both local and expatriate
•     Computer operation particularly excel and power point
•     Analytical / problem solving aptitude
•     Knowledge of Indonesian OHS & Environmental Regulation
•     K3 Certificate and additional course in OHS Management System
•     Hazard identification, Risk Assessment and Accident Investigation skills
•     Willing to business traveling
•     Preferable domicile in East Java, the position is based in Surabaya
