SENIOR MANAGER PLANT - SURABAYA
You will responsible in managing overall manufacture operation. Also handling finance and costing management. Male with maximum ages 40 years old. Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering with minimum GPA: 3.00 (in a scale of 4.00). Minimum 10 years experienced with the same position, preferably which has experience in tiles manufacturing.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
- Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative.
- Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication, persuasion and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure.
- Has a strong leadership for coaching and mentoring sub-ordinates.
- Highly result - oriented.
- You should proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written.
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya (Plant Karangpilang).
