Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years in same position with excellent understanding of Western Food* Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)
* Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new menus that embrace variety and quality
* Strong leadership & communication skills
* Demonstrates ability to control food and labor costs
* Communicates effectively in both English and Indonesian
* Indonesian citizen
* Residence in Bandung
