- Male / female, max age 40 years
- Min. 3 years served as Branch Manager in Banking / Financial Services, has a network of cooperation with the business, the supplier of heavy equipment, showroom / car dealer in Riau and the surrounding area
- Understanding the knowledge of financial products and product knowledge of heavy equipment and automotive
- Strong credit skills
- Has a good managerial skills
- Mastering the industrial knowledge in Riau and beyond
- Mastering Hokkien into value-added
