HRD ManagerThe Position :
The successful candidate will report to CEO/ Assistant to CEO and responsible for HR functions which are included recruitment and manpower planning, salary and benefits administrations, performance management and also industrial relations management. The candidate should familiar with HR policies and procedures, corporate training program, Personnel Administration, able to lead HR team and having depth knowledge for organizational development, compensation and employee relations.
The Person :- Age maximum 35 years old
- Degree holder in Psychology/ Law/ Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Management experience preferably in manufacturing/ retail industry/ HR consulting
- Well-versed with Indonesia Labour Law and other labour related statutory requirements
- Exposure in performance management, career development and succession planning
- Hands on experience in industrial relations management
- Strong communication and excellent change management skills (strong interpersonal and facilitations skills) and communicate to all level internally and externally
- Strong sense of responsibilities, able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedules
- Excellent for both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Based in Head Office - Kemayoran, Jakarta
