- Min. D3 Any Major from reputable Universities (especially: Law, Management, Psychology); min. GPA: 3.00
- Administration skill

- Fast learner
- Good Analytical Skill
- Having Knowledge in Insurance
- Communication skill
- Based in Surabaya
