Learning and Development Officer
Key responsibility:- The Learning and Development Officer is responsible to assist the Learning and Development Manager to manage the learning and development process across the organization.
- The Learning and Development Officer have the level of responsibility and variety of work activities which are likely to include all of which related to employee training data record, mandatory training certification process, manage and monitor the application of regulatory training mandatory, provide the regular training data report and making sure all the training program scheduled will run with proper
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Management from reputable university
- Having minimum 1 years experiences in banking industry from Learning and Development working area
- Having experience in organising and administering staff development and training activities, including procurement of training services
- Capable to maintain administrative training database and training data records for the department
- Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and having a good personality
- Able in working individually and within a team
- PC literate (proficient in Microsoft excel)
- High integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
