EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATION :

• Hospitality Academy Graduates
• Minimum 2 year experience in similar position, preferably in an international chain hotel
• Overseas experience preferred
• Dynamic & vibrant individual with excellent guest interaction & communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Computer Literate, familiar with Hotel Information System
• Good knowledge of F&B, Management & Production
• Able to maintain food cost, able to manage expenses within budget constrain to enhance profitability
• Possesses strong leadership and develop team, has capability in training/facilitating/leading and developing team/people
• Good listener, dynamic and well organized
