HRBP Ops Manager

Responsibilities:
This position will assist the Ops HR Business Partner to deliver the full HR operational and strategic contribution to the Operations function in order to support the company objectives whilst ensuring efficient and cost-effective HR service delivery.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field
5 - 7 years experience in generalist HR in a multinational FMCG environment (or similar)
Having strong in communication, change management, and relationship  building skills
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
