Currently we are looking for professionals and qualified people for the position below:
System Analyst

Requirements:
* General Requirement :
o Male or Female
o Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Informatics/Engineering or Accounting from reputable University
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Discipline, outspoken, result and action oriented
o Self-motivated, self-starter, strategically & tactically thinking, and self-driven person
o Independent and quick learner, hard-worker and a good team player
o Thrive in an extremely fast paced environment
o Good communication in English (written and spoken)
* Specific Requirement :
o Minimum 1-2 years working experience as System Analyst in full ERP software development projects for Manufacturing industries
o Have in-depth knowledge and experience in business process re-engineering, systems design, configuration and implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for a wide range of industries or manufacturing
o Strong knowledge and analytical skill to specify and analyze business requirements and business process
o Domain knowledge of business processes and operations for industry
o Have in-depth knowledge in Accounting/Finance and Distribution practice for industry
o Having good adaptability for understanding the ERP product, so that he/she can do mapping of customers requirements with the product
o Strong knowledge and skill in modeling language (DFD, UML, Use Case, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, etc.)
o Deep understanding in one of modeling tool (experience in Rational Rose would be an advantage)
o Proficient in database concept and design (database design, database normalization, etc.)
o Have good knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
o Have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skill
o Able to lead cross-functional (functional and technical) project implementation teams
o Provide timely and accurate project status information to project owner, escalate project issues appropriately, mentor cross-functional project team members, and identify and share implementation best practices with them
