Engineering ; Maintenance Staff/Supervisor
Requirements:
1. Male. Max 35 years old, min D3 in electrical or mechnical engineering background
2. Min 3 years working experience in related field position
3. Experienced in pneumatics and automation system
4. Experienced in electrical installation
5. Min passive English
6. In good health, Ability to work under pressure
Responsibility includes:
1. Assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the operations of Engineering and Maintenance department
2. Create planning and implement maintenance and repair on manufacturing facilities include production equipment and utilities
3. Coordinating with other departments to ensure manufacturing process runs smoothly by supporting with minimum downtime on machines, equipment, and other utilities.
4. Monitoring, reviewing and reporting of the Engineering and Maintenance department activities, constantly implementing changes on processes and procedures to improve the department’s efficiency and productivity.
5. Analyze, review and develop the manufacturing equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Candidates should posses excellent communication and leadership skill, self motivation, good teamwork, commitment to business ethics, ability to work under pressure and passion to grow with the company.
